For our own products, because we have been in the business so long we have an incredible amount of knowledge about feather & down: how they’re collected, sorted, cleaned, how their quality is measured and of course what is the best for which bedding. All this knowledge has gone into developing a truly superb collection.
Our goose down duvets and pillows are manufactured in European factories only and made to our exact specification. None of our goose down products is produced in China or anywhere in the Far East, due to the obvious lack of quality and control.
Only the finest materials available make it into our products. We never skimp or take short cuts because we know that you trust us to provide the very best in sleep comfort. After all, you spend almost a third of your life sleeping!
We also have all these products and more from various well established companies, including a magnificent range by Edelweiss in Switzerland and Brieding in Germany. We are adding all the time and of course all this at prices you will not find elsewhere.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If they don\'t meet with your complete satisfaction, return them for a full product refund. We wouldn\'t have it any other way. All our duvets are guaranteed for 10 years and our pillows for 3 years – it’s as simple as that.

Cancellation Policy
You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time, by e-mailing us at sales@get2bed.co.uk, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 3 days.
Hassle-free Returns
We hope you will love your purchase. In the unlikely event that you should find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and with the original packaging and you will be entitled to a refund or exchange.
Returning your Product
Fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order, noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If you haven’t got one, a returns form may be obtained by emailing us as sales@get2bed.co.uk.
Please ensure that all returns are packed and labelled carefully. Goods are returned at your own expense. We recommend you obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Receiving a Refund
Refunds to you will be made within 3 days of the date of receipt of returned items. All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Get2Bed will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Get2Bed nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Get2Bed or any of its employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
The purchase of merchandise through Get2Bed is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with English law.
In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to register and provide personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items you will be required to provide payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
This website is available only to individuals and others who meet the Get2Bed terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to the Get2Bed, whose applications are acceptable to Get2Bed and who have authorised Get2Bed to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase and delivery price for the merchandise which they purchase.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, a contract between the customer and Get2Bed for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website, removing screening or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
PAYMENT AND TAXES
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 15%.
We currently accept payment made by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch debit cards and Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Get2Bed. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Get2Bed, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Security
We take all reasonable care to make our website as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Get2Bed we do not have access to or hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.
Insurance
Get2Bed insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
